Did not like how the scramble eggs were served cold and the french fries tasted like old oil and greasy and the pancakes were cold a years ago it tasted good and now it does not

Came for breakfast and the customer service was fantastic! The dining experience from the initial greeting from the host to our waitress Briana was delightful. The food came out fresh and service received was superb! Truly enjoyed having breakfast at this IHOP location.

Not quite sure but you should take it to the manager of the store and let him know no one thing this store for so many years have been a training facility for IHOP so that's my suggestion
